Dr. Wei Wang is the Senior Director of the Global Team at the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to professionals in learning and talent development. In this role, she leads ATD’s international strategy, manages its operations in China and the Middle East, oversees global partnerships in more than 15 countries, and supports ATD members across over 120 countries.
With deep expertise in the talent development field and extensive international experience, Dr. Wei Wang draws from ATD’s research to deliver research-based and insightful presentations. She is a dynamic and passionate speaker who has presented at conferences in more than 10 countries in Asia, the Middle East, North America, and Latin America.
