講座概要

Japan is entering a danger period. The number of young people between the ages of 14-24 has halved over the last two decades and this trend will continue. For companies there will be two key challenges: recruiting and retaining staff. Staff will be in higher demand and they will be actively recruited by competitors. How can we get them engaged with their work and with our organisation? How can we keep them motivated to keep working with us. Dale Carnegie Training did a global study, verified in Japan, into the emotional drivers of staff engagement. In this session we will learn what are the key emotional drivers that impact loyalty and motivation. We will also learn some of the proven Dale Carnegie Principles for engaging our staff. Leaders and managers are going to be key to winning in the staff “free agent” era and this session will help to prepare them for the “talent war”. ※講演は全て英語となります。
