伊東　朋子

御茶ノ水女子大学理学部卒業後、デュポンジャパン株式会社（現デュポン株式会社）を経て、1988年より株式会社マネジメントサービスセンター（ＭＳＣ）。米ワシントンで開催された「ＨＡ（Human Assessment）コングレス」にて、「コンピテンシー」の概念を学ぶ。現在、企業の組織力を高めるリーダーシップ開発を中心にグローバル人材育成のコンサルテーションを推進している。

Dr. Graham has over 10 years of experience in the human resource consulting industry. As an Executive Consultant Ken works with clients to design and deliver solutions in the areas of executive assessment and development, succession management, and coaching. Before joining DDI, Dr. Graham consulted to organizations in the areas of employee selection, executive assessment and development, and succession management.
Dr. Graham is based in Tokyo, Japan.
